Team Wednesday!!

CF Class WOD: This is a SPRINT!!!! 4 Rounds of 500m Row/400m Run Teams of 2 alternate between running and rowing. Each partner must row 500m and run 400m to complete a single round. One partner may not begin the next 1/2 of the round until the other partner finishes.

KB Class WOD:

In teams of 2, AMRAP 20: One person runs 200 meters while partner works on AMRAP of: 7 Kettlebell Swings 7 Burpees 7 Wall Balls When partner returns from run, they begin where their partner left off.

Rx: 70/55, 20/14 Pack: 55/35, 14/10 Puppies: 35/24, 10/6
