Heavy kettlebells for everyone to work off those holiday splurges!!!

KB Class WOD: TGU 2-2-2 (2R/2L for each set) try to go up in weight each set

then:

3 Rounds: 35/25

10 KB Snatch – alternating 20 Goblet Squats 30 Swing Release

CF Class WOD: Strength: Front Squat 3×3 85-90% of max

Met-Con: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: 10 Kettlebell swings, 70/55 10 Box jumps, 24 inch box 10 Ring dips
