Not just our usual 1 rep max weighted pull up, it’s 5 today for our CFitters!!! Defying the laws of gravity by moving more and more of their own body weight and then some up over that pull up bar!!
Our KBellers have been working on their snatch movements during their strength and today they put it to the test for their MetCon WOD. Great job!!!
