The KBellers did such an amazing job on their WOD yesterday, we decided to share it with the CFitters today.  And oh was it a shocker!!!  🙂

KB Class WOD: 3 rounds Run 400m 10x Pistols, each leg 10x Clean and Jerk, 10/10 55/35

CF Class WOD: Strength: Good Morning 3×5 75-85% of max

For Time: 25 Kettlebell Snatch (one arm – R) – 1.5pd 50 Kettlebell Swings – 1.5pd 25 Kettlebell Snatch (one arm – L)s 1.5 pood 50 Kettlebell Swings – 1.5pd

at the top of each minute complete 4 burpees until all the reps are completed.
