CF Class WOD: Skill: Push-Up

Coaching Point: work to complete full ROM push-up in a plank position – use barbells across rack or boxes if needed. Here is a mobility wod video on the pushup that discusses how doing push-ups from the knees will never get you to a standard pushup amongst other things.

Met-Con: For Time: 10-6-2-6-10 HSPU Pistols (half reps done with each leg) 25 Ab-Mat sit-ups between each couplet

KB Class WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 5 Burpee Box Jumps 10 KB Suitcase Deadlifts (10R/10L) 15 Sit-ups

Coaching Point – push your knees out to prevent them from collapsing in
