Strength: Front Squat 3×5   Choice of a “Hinge” Bodyweight Progression

Met-Con: 4 Rounds for Time: 21 Pull ups 15 Box Jump Overs 9 Deadlifts  255/175

Bodyweight Bootcamp: 4 Rounds: Row 250 meters 12 Burpees 21 Box Jumps, 24/20″ – scale as needed

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #6

KB WOD:

3 snatch to thuster/ 3 lunges – alternate arms after you complete all 3 snatch to thrusters and lunges.  Don’t put the KB down.

3 Rounds:  3 Minute AMRAP, 1 minute Rest in between rounds
