KB Class WOD:

Team Wednesday!!

Kettlebell: In teams of two complete as many reps as possible in each station: One partner works while the other rests. You will work for 2:00 at each station. Partner A works for 1 minute then Partner B works for 1 minute. Team WOD: 2 Rounds of: KB Swings Taters Jumping Squats Alternating KB Snatches Burpees

Scaling Options: Rx: 55/35 Pack: 35/25 Puppies: 25/15 Buttercups: 5-10lbs
