Strength: Back Squat Dips, 8-10 reps

Met-Con: 8 Minute WOD: 21-15-9 Burpee Wallball In whatever time is remaining, perform as many double unders as possible.  Score is total double unders.

Bodyweight Bootcamp: 5 rounds for time: 15 Calorie Row 15 Slam Ball (35/25) 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #1


In teams of two complete as many reps as possible in each station: One partner works while the other rests. You will work for 2:00 at each station. Partner A works for 1 minute then Partner B works for 1 minute. Team WOD: 2 Rounds of: KB Swings Taters Jumping Squats Alternating KB Snatches Burpees
