A unique strength day today.  Try to get a 1 rep max for 3 exercises in one day.  Our CFitters did!!

The KBellers had a nice little run mixed in with their kettlebells.  They warmed up, ran 1 mile, 60 reps of kettlebells, and cooled down all within 30 minutes.  WOW!!!
