Strength: Deadlift Handstand Hold or Handstand Push-ups

Met-Con: “Hold ‘Em” Buy-in: 600 meter run Directly into: 3 Rounds: 50′ Walking Lunge 25 Sit-Ups 50′ Walking Lunge 25 Kettlebell Swings

Bodyweight Bootcamp: For 3 cycles:  AMRAP in 5 mins of: Shuttle Run, 120 meters (20ft, 40ft, 60ft) 12 Slamballs 8 Push-Ups Rest 1 minute after each cycle.  Pick up where you left off each cycle.

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #5

KB WOD:

Strength: 

3 Rounds Kettlebell Dual Front Squat, 5 reps (try to increase by 5-10lbs from previous time) Rest 1 minute Pull-Ups Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con: 3 Rounds: 400m run 25 swing release 55/35, 45/25 15 Hand Release Push-Ups
