Choose a “Carry” Bodyweight Progression
Met-Con:
5 Rounds:
100 Meter Sprint
10 Power Cleans (135/95)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
100 Meter Sprint
Rest 1 minute
Bodyweight Bootcamp:
2, 5 minute rounds with 1 minute off in between:
Complete:
200 meter run
2 Rounds of “Cindy” (5 pull-ups; 10 push-ups; 15 squats)
In remaining max reps of double unders.
