Strength: Back Squat Choose from a “Push” Bodyweight Progression

Met-Con: 20 min Time Cap 8 rounds for time: 6 Cleans (full squat) 8 Pullups 200 meter run

Bodyweight Bootcamp:

2, 5 minute rounds with 1 minute off in between: Complete: 200 meter run 2 Rounds of “Cindy” (5 pull-ups; 10 push-ups; 15 squats) In remaining max reps of double unders.

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #5

KB WOD:

Strength: Kettlebell Overhead Squat 4×2

Met-con: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of: 4/4 KB Overhead Squats 10 Toes To Bars 12 Russian Kettlebell Swings
