How many degrees does it take to figure out the timing of the Bonus WOD today?  It was a rough start for the first couple of classes but then as a team we figured it out.  We chalked it up to being early and our brains were not quite functioning. 🙂

CF WOD:

For total reps, use a running clock

1 minute Sumo deadlift high pull (95#/65#)

20 seconds Double unders

40 seconds Sumo deadlift high pull

20 seconds Double unders

30 seconds Sumo deadlift high pull

20 seconds Double unders

20 seconds Sumo deadlift high pull

20 seconds Double unders

KB WOD:

8 rounds:

5x Pull-ups

20x 1/2 Rotation switch

5x Burpee box jumps
