WODs for Wednesday, 7/18/12

Our KBellers decided that they wanted to take on this WOD along with the  5:30pm CrossFit class.  Not being able to alternate your arms during the Turkish Get-up was particularly brutal…lots of  hard work and determination was needed to complete this WOD.  Great job everyone!

With a single 2 pood/1.5 pood kettlebell:

21 Turkish get-ups, Right arm

50 Swings

21 Overhead squats, Left arm

50 Swings

21 Overhead squats, Right arm

50 Swings
