Strength: Back Squat Dips

Met-Con: Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets): 5 Push Presses 10 Burpees Over the Barbell

Bodyweight Bootcamp: Start with Tabata Row to 1000 meters:  then: As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:  80 feet Broad Jump (count number of jumps it takes to cover the distance) Push-Ups Sit-ups Count the number of repetitions it takes to cover the distance, then do the same number of push-ups and then the same number of sit-ups. That constitutes one ’round’.

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #3


Strength: Floor Press 3×3 (3 reps R/3 reps L)

Met-con: 50-40-30-20-10

American Swing Sit Ups

finish with 800m run
