KB Class WOD: 200m run 50 Russian Swings 50 Sit-ups 400m run 50 Push-Ups 50 Sit-ups 200m run 50 KB SDHP 50 Sit-ups


CF Class WOD: “Barbara”

Five rounds, each for time of: 20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

CF Striking WOD:

Circle of Survival Drill

WOD 12 min AMRAP 2 slamballs 4 knee combos 6 sledge swings 8 Combos (1-3-4-1-2) Rest 30s Then 100m walking lunge – burpee every 20s
