CF Class WOD: Strength: Split Jerk

4×2 1st set at 80% of max, 2nd set at 85% of max, 3rd set at 90% of max and 4th set at 95% of max

Met-con: 2 rounds for max repetitions.

1 minute sit-ups 1 minute walking lunges (1 right and 1 left = 1 ‘rep’) 1 minute rowing for max calories 1 minute rest

KB Class WOD: Strength:

Barbell Deadlift: 3×5 (75%-85% of max)

Met-con:

Reps 5-4-3-2-1 complete reps right side and left side, 35/25 Turkish Get up Press (no handle, hold bottom) Pistols w Kettlebell
