Squat cleans? Power Cleans?  CFitter’s choice (or maybe your instructor’s choice and they make you do a squat clean that everyone usually needs practice on)  🙂

CF Class WOD: 21-15-9 reps for time of: 135/95 pound Clean GHD sit-up

KB Class WOD: 15 minute AMRAP: 3 Pull-Ups 5 American Swings (55/35) 7 Box Jumps (24/20)
