Bonus WOD: 4 Rounds: 35 Double Unders (sub with Tuck Jumps) 200 meter run

KB Class WOD: Sumo Deadlift High Pull

3x3x3x3x3x3x3 first two sets are warmup, then go as heavy as possible. hold two bells in one hand if necessary.
