WODs for Friday, 5/2/14

Strength: Snatch, 5 reps, try to increase by 2.5-5lbs from last time (Choice of Barbell or KB Snatches, if using KB’s, it’s 5 per arm) Rest 1 minute Hip Bridges, 10-20 reps

Met-con: Barbell Version: “Tabata My Barbell” 8 sets Tabata Back Squat (45/33) 8 sets Tabata Push Press (45/33) 8 sets Tabata Front Squat (45/33)

There is no rest between exercises.

Met-con: Kettlebell Version: “Tabata My KB” 8 sets Tabata Goblet Squat (25/15) 8 sets Tabata Push Press (25/15) – Dual bells if possible or switch arms each set. 8 sets Tabata Front Squat (25/15) – hold KB in the front rack position.  Dual bells if possible or switch arms each set.

There is no rest between exercises.
