Strength: Arenal’s CF Total: 3 attempts at each lift for a 2 rep max. Back squat, 2 reps Shoulder Press, 2 reps Deadlift, 2 reps

KB WOD:

Run 400 meters

10 minutes – 2 minutes to complete round – balance is rest. 10 Hand Release Swings  10 Kettlebell Snatch 5L/5R 10 Box Jumps  24/20, 20/18, etc.. Run 400 meters Then 16 rounds (8 min) Tabata alternating Sit-ups and Planks.
