Partner Workout: Version A:  Rx/Pack:  Alternating with a partner, complete AMRAP in 20 minutes of: 8 Toes to Bar 10 DB or KB Thrusters 12 DB or KB Walking Lunges

Partner A completes an entire round, then switch.

Version B:  Puppy/Buttercup: Alternating with a partner, complete AMRAP in 20 minutes of: 8 Knees to Elbow/Hang from bar, try to bring knees up as high as possible 10 DB or KB Thrusters 12 DB or KB Walking Lunges

Partner A completes an entire round, then switch.
