3 Rounds Turkish Get-ups, 2 reps per side (try to increase weight by 5lbs from last time) Rest 1 minute Skater’s Lunge, 5-10 reps per leg Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con:  

AMRAP 15 10x Thruster (40% of SP 1RM) 12x/leg DB or KB step-ups onto box (24/20), 55/35 10x Knees-to-elbows
