CrossFit WOD:

Strength: 3 Rounds Split Jerk, 5 reps (try to increase by 2.5-5lbs from last time) Rest 1 minute Hip Bridge Rest 1-2 minutes

MetCon:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of: 2 rope Climbs/ 1 rope climb 20 Wall Balls, Rx, 20/14, Pack 14/12 Run, 200 m

Kettlebell WOD:

Strength: 3 Rounds KB Split Jerk, 5/5 reps (try to by 5lbs from last time) Rest 1 minute Hip Bridge Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con: As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes: 10/10 One armed kettlebell swings(Rx: 55/35, Pack: 45/25) 10 ring dips (Rx: 10 reps, Pack, 5 reps) 15 wall ball (Rx: 20/14, Pack: 14/12)

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #5
