Strength: Clean, 5 reps, try to increase by 2.5-5lbs from last time, (Choice of Barbell or KB Cleans, if using KB’s, it’s 5 per arm or Dual bells) Rest 1 minute Handstand Hold/Push-Up, 30 second holds or 3-6 reps Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con:

12 Minute AMRAP 3 Clean & Jerk 135#/85#, 115#/75#  Barbell or 55/35, 45/25 Dual KB if possible or 3 reps per side 3 Pull ups 6 Clean & Jerk 6 Pull ups 9 Clean & Jerk 9 Pull ups 12 Clean & Jerk 12 Pull ups etc.

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #5
