Strength: Shoulder Press 3×5 Try to increase weight 2.5-5 lbs from last time. Rest 1 minute. GHD Sit-ups or Hip Extensions (alternate days) Rest 1-2 minutes Met-Con: In teams of two, alternating each movement, complete ten rounds for time of: 10 Overhead Squats 10 Burpee Box Jump or Step-Overs 200 Meter Run (Partner A performs 10 overhead squats; Partner B performs 10 burpee box jump-overs; Partner A runs 200 meters; Partner B performs 10 overhead squats; etc….)
