Strength:

Snatch 10 minute EMOM
Start with 70% of max and try to build as you go
Snatch Grip Deadlift
Hang Snatch Shrug
Hang Power Snatch
2 Overhead Squats
Met-Con:
Partner Chipper
One person working at a time, complete
50 burpees
40 Power cleans
30 OH squats
20 weighted sit ups
30 OH squats
40 Power cleans
50 burpees
 
Stretch:

KB WOD:

3 snatch to thuster/ 3 lunges – alternate arms after you complete all 3 snatch to thrusters and lunges.  Don’t put the KB down.

3 Rounds:  3 Minute AMRAP, 1 minute Rest in between rounds

3 Snatch to Thuster – snatch kettlebell overhead, bring down to chest, complete thruster

3 walking lunges w kettlebell Switch arms
