CF Class WOD: “Nancy”
Five rounds for time of: 400 meter run 95/65 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
KB Class WOD:
4 Rounds: 6 alternating shoulder press, total 6 push press, dual bell 6 burpees 100 yard dual bell farmer’s walk
1:00 minute rest between rounds
