Strength: 3 Rounds Snatch, 5 reps, try to increase by 2.5-5lbs from last time (Choice of Barbell or KB snatches, if using KB’s, it’s 5 per arm) Rest 1 minute Carries, 100 feet, Find something heavy in the gym and carry it (Atlas Stones, Sandbags, people, etc) Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con: Metalhead 10-8-6-4-2 Snatch (must squat) Barbell 115/80 KB 55/35 50 Double Unders after each set of snatches

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #4

 

CFStriking 4/17/14: For 5 minutes: 1st 30s: 10 Combos (1-2) 20 Flutter kicks 2nd 30s: 5 Pushups 10 Knees (5 each leg)
