Partner Workout! With a partner complete:

5 rounds: 400 meter relay 20 Partner Burpees Partner 1 runs 400 meters as fast as possible.   Once they return, Partner 2 runs 400 meters as fast as possible.   Once Partner 2 returns they complete 20 Alternating Partner Burpees total (10 each).

Repeat for 5 total rounds.
