Strength: Deadlift 3×5 Knees To Elbows or Toes To Bar

Met-Con: PARTNER WOD (you go, I go) 4 Rounds for Time 10 Double KBS 8 Double KBS + 2 KB Cleans 6 Double KBS + 2 KB Cleans + 2 KB Squats 4 Double KBS + 2 KB Cleans + 2 KB Squats + 2 KB (Strict) Presses 2 Double KBS + 2 KB Cleans + 2 KB Squats + 2 KB (Strict) Presses + 2 KB Thrusters Rest 2 minutes

Each partner does the entire workout, you don’t alternate reps. For example:

Partner A 10 Double KBS, then partner B does the same while A rests Partner A 8 Double KBS + 2 Cleans, then partner B while A rests Partner A 6 Double KBS + 2 Cleans + 2 Squats, then partner B while A rests Partner A 4 Double KBS + 2 Cleans + 2 Squats + 2 (Strict) Presses, then B Partner A 2 Double KBS + 2 Cleans + 2 Squats + 2 (Strict) Presses + 2 Thrusters, then B
