Strength: Back Squat 3×5 Choose from a “Push” Bodyweight Progression

Met-Con: Teams of 2:  15 minute AMRAP: One person runs with med ball while the other does American KB Swings.  Alternate after one teammate completes run.  EMOM, both teammates must do 5 push-ups.  Score is total # of KB Swings. Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #3


2×5 Dual KB front squat or goblet squat              200m run     35 American Swings     35 Double Unders     25 American Swings     30 Walking Lunges, no bell     15 American Swings     15 Burpees     200 meter run
