Could you imagine? Who wants to add more weight to themselves? Our CFitters did by either physically loading more weight to their bodies or by scaling to the next level and lifting more of their own body weight.
CF Class WOD:
Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of: 25 pound Weighted pull-ups, 5 reps 1/2 Bodyweight overhead squat, 5 reps
CF 12pm Express Class WOD:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds of:
Medicine Ball Wall Sit Ups
Complete a 60 foot heavy Farmer’s Walk at the end of each round
15 minute AMRAP: 12 box jump 9 pushups 100ft dual KB overhead walk
