Partners complete these wedding tasks in any order but must complete each task before moving on to the next.
The Ring Exchange – one partner does ring rows while the other holds a plank position. Partners must accumulate 100 total reps.
The Long Haul, For Better Or Worse With A Ball And Chain – Partners must run or row 1 mile together with 35lb KB – only one partner holds it at a time. If rowing the partner who is resting holds the KB in the rack position. Both partners must finish running at the same time.
Until death Do Us Part – death by snatches & burpees – minute 1 = 2 snatches per arm and 2 burpees… minute 2 + 4 snatches per arm and 4 burpees….
