Strength:
3 Rounds Snatch, 5 reps, try to increase by 2.5-5lbs from last time (Choice of Barbell or KB Snatches, if using KB’s, it’s 5 per arm) Rest 1 minute Carry: 100 foot Bear Crawl with Kettlebells Rest 1-2 minutes
Met-con:
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes. 40’ walking lunge with a dumbbell in each hand: (Rx: 45/25) 4 strict chin ups 40’ broad jump 4 strict chin ups
