Strength: Back Squat 3×5 GHD Sit-ups or Hip Extensions (alternate days)

Met-Con: 4 Rounds: 100 feet one armed KB OH Walking Lunge – switch arms each round 15 Pull-Ups Run 200 meters/Row 15/12 Calories/Bike 12/8 Calories/50 Double unders – complete one per round.  Doesn’t have to be in order.

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #3

KB WOD:

Floor Press 3-3-2003      Met-con: 4 rounds for time: Row 250 meters 10/10 – 1 Arm KB Power Clean to Press 55/35 10 Slam Balls
