Met-con:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of: 10 Push Press 115/75 lbs 15 American Kettlebell Swings, 55/35

Rest 2 minutes, and then… Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of: 10 Pull-Ups 10 Power Swings

Bootcamp:

As many rounds/reps as possible in 12 mins of: 100 m Shuttle Run       20 Air Squats 100 m Shuttle Run 10 Pull-ups 100 m Shuttle Run 20 Sit-up (abmat) 100 m Shuttle Run 10 Push-ups

Shuttle Run = 5×20 meter runs to equal 100 meters.
