10 minute AMRAP – same bell for all movements.
20 1/2 Rotation Switches
10 KB Push Press (each arm)
5 Goblet Squats
 
Bodyweight Bootcamp:
Max rounds in 15 minutes
5x Burpees
15 ft Rope climb, 1 ascent or 2:1 beginner rope climbs
30x Double-unders or 1 minute of double under practice
