Choose a “Pull” Bodyweight Progression. 
Met-Con:
15 Minute Alt EMOM:
1) Row 200/150
2) 10, 10 m Shuttle Runs
3) 30 Double Unders or 40 seconds of jumprope
Bodyweight Bootcamp:
4 rounds
50x Double unders or 100x Jump rope singles
Run 200 meters
10x Body-blasters (burpee+ pull-up + knees to elbows) 
                          modify with Jumping pull-Ups+ hanging knee raise trying to get knees past hip crease
Stretch:
