Strength:

EMOM for 10 minutes   
use 65-70% of Shoulder Press Max
1 Shoulder Press
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk
1 Split Jerk
Met-Con:
Partner WOD
Run 800 meters with Medball 
100 Jumping Lunges
100 KB Swings 
50 Hand Release Push-Ups
100 Box Jumps 
100 Wall ball
Run 800 meters together with medball
Partners run together and share one medball.  The rest of the workout, partners can split reps however they want.
Bodyweight Bootcamp:
3 Rounds:
500 meter row
5 Pull-Ups
10 Burpees
15 Ground to Overhead with plate
20 Mountain Climbers, 2 count
25 sit-ups
