Met-Con: 10 min AMRAP 10 Dual Kettlebell Thrusters 15 Double Unders or 30 seconds of double under practice 20 Dual Kettlebell Walking Lunges

Bodyweight Bootcamp: 4 Rounds: In 3 Minutes: Run 400 meters 5 Burpees Then in time remaining, do as many sit-ups as possible. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Score is total sit-ups
