The CF Class WOD looks like “Fran” on steroids or as one of our instructors named it, “Fran’s Ugly Brother”.  Based on your own bodyweight, it could be lighter or heavier than your normal Fran weight but either way, it is still a tough workout!

Our KBeller’s loved that Push-up/Burpee combo!  Look at their happy faces.  🙂

KB Class WOD: 10 Snatch, R/L 10 Hand Release Push-Ups 5 Burpees

8 Snatch, R/L 8 Hand Release Push-Ups 6 Burpees

6 Snatch, R/L 6 Hand Release Push-Ups 7 Burpees

4 Snatch, R/L 4 Hand Release Push-Ups 8 Burpees

2 Snatch, R/L 2 Hand Release Push-Ups 10 Burpees

CF Class WOD:

Five rounds for max reps of: 2/3 Bodyweight thruster Pull-ups
