Partner D.T. Done in teams of two. 10 rounds for time of: 9 Deadlifts 155/105, 115/75 7 Hang Power Cleans 155/105, 115/75 5 Push Jerks 155/105, 115/75 Rest while your partner does the next round. Each partner does a total of 5 rounds. Post total time.
Kettlebell Class Met-con:
Partner WOD: One partner rests while one partner completes one round of the following: Alternate each round.
20 minute AMRAP: 5/5 KB Snatch 55/35, 45/25 10 Knees to Elbow 15 American Swings, 55/35, 45/25
Bodyweight Boot Camp Class WOD:
3 rounds, 45 seconds at each station, 15 second transition – as many reps as possible per station. 1. Alternating Chest Taps 2. Flutterkicks 3. Box Jumps/Step-Ups 4. 10 m shuttle run, forward/backwards 5. Squat Thrusters
