Met-con:

EMOM – 10, 225/155   20/14 Even = 5 deads & 10 WB Odd = 100m row & 10 2-count mountain climbers

Booty Camp:

1 minute ME 10 meter sprints

Rest 1 minute

1 minute ME Walking Lunges

Rest 1 minute

1 minute ME Lateral Push-Ups
