Strength:

3 Rounds Deadlift, 5 reps Rest 1 minute Dips, 5-10 reps Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con: 

4 rounds of 10 reps each:  1 minute rest after each round

Manmaker – with DBs  35/25 American Swings 55/35 Burpees Lunges – weighted KB or DB in front rack if singles and hanging by sides if dual. Weights as above

Bodyweight Bootcamp:

Met-con: Max rounds in 15 minutes 5x Pull-ups 10x Push-ups 15x Box jumps 24/20

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #6
