Strength: Back Squat 3×5 Plank Hold or Hollow Hold (alternate days)

Met-Con: 6RDS: 250 row 10 DB Snatch (5/5) 10 Goblet Squats 15 V-ups

Bodyweight Bootcamp: For 2 minutes: 25 meter row every 15 sec.

Rest 30 sec

For 3 min: 50 meter run every 30 sec. Rest 1 min. For 4 min. 100 meter row every 60 sec.

Rest 2 min.

For 4 min. 100 meter run every 60 sec.

Rest 1min.

For 3 min. 50 meter row every 30 sec. Rest 30 sec.

For 2 min.

25 meter run every 15 sec.
